Our Story
Pizzaiolo (pronounced pizza-yolo) in Italian, means pizza chef.
Chuck learned how to make pizza while living in San Francisco. His good friend and Chef Kaitlyn Bauman taught him the art.
Chef Kaitlyn Bauman owns and operates Norcina an Italian restaurant and catering business in San Francisco.She has worked at some of the best restaurants in the world and studied the culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of America.
Having worked for and learned from such a skilled and passionate Chef, Chuck fell in love with making pizza and now hopes to share his love of great pizza with the good people of Colorado.
